Dear Sir/Madam
Greetings
I,ve a question regarding my father property.My father sold 10 katha of land which was my grandfather property by his consent when was my grandfather alive.After my grandfather death my uncle claim full 10 katha of land from my grandfather property which my father sold.So my question is that is my uncle get full 10 katha or 5 katha of land?

     If your grandfather sold the land directly (he signed the deed document) then your uncle can not claim the property. But if your father sold it as successor then your uncle can claim half of the property. And if there are other lands of your grandfather then your father can give his part to your uncle instead of the sold land.
