You will be needing an affidavit noterized by first class magistrate declaring name of your real mother and then with that affidavit you have to go to the concern board for changing SSC,HSC BA and MA certificate and for changing NID you have to go to Islamic Foundation Bhaban (6-9th Flr), Agargaon, Dhaka and to change Birth Certificate you have to contact in your city corporation.
