		<description>&lt;p&gt;You may change your name through affidavit and then have to publish the copy in the news paper and then you have to apply to the concern board for changing all certificates. nd in case of date of birth if you have got a wrong date then you may apply for correcting the date of birth with proper documents that proves your age but if you only wish to change the date of birth that&#039;s not legally possible.&lt;/p&gt;
