Question1.how should I proceed to settle this matter (Divorce or reconciliation) where I can get the custody of my son

Answer: If your wife doesnt want to come and you dont want to divorce then you have to file suit for marriage restitution of conjugal rights. And if you dont want to leave with her anymore and want to divorce then you may send her divorce notice through lawyer or marriage registrar.

Question 2 and 3. is the rule that upto seven years my son will be the custody of his mother?if so, then how I will get my son after seven years?

Father is legal guardian and mother is only custodian. you can file suit to get your child even he is not 7 years old but then you have to prove that the mother is unable to takecare of the child and your son's welfare lies to you. Otherwise you may wait till he become seven and apply to court for child's custody. And in case when your son lives with the mother you have right to see him.
