Collection of unmarried certificate takes 2-3 months from District Commissioner after police verification and all other procedure. For application to the DC, Bride's mother or father needs to make an affidavit on behalf of their daughter but main application must be signed by the person who wants the certificate. what you can do is we can prepare all documents here and send those to you to sign and you mail us back after signing.
