Hlw I'm from Bangladesh.I have a friend..few years Back(2012) she was manipulated by a bad person when she was a young girl(16 ).then they got married at that time without informing their family members.bt the boy made changes in her birthdate to Make this marriage legal..and they started to live with their family members and hide this news.now when this is 2016 the boy come forward to take her with him..bt now when the girl is mature enough,she realizes that what she did,was wrong..now she told the boy that as she was married to a very early age,the marriage is not valid according to the law..bt the boy and his family members are saying that no this marriage is now legal..as time passed, and you become mature,now it is legal and if you want seperation,you have to give divorce to him..now what should the girl do now?

The girl can get release from the marriage by applying to the court but only if she can prove that at the time of marriage she was 16 and also the conjugal life has not been started with the boy after maturity. if she already started her conjugal life then she must have to divorce her partner.
