me and my ex husband had a mutual divorce under muslim shariah law in january 2016.since then our daughter who is 5yeaes old lives with me,and her father does not contact with us nor does provide any financial support.now i want to move abroad and for that purpose i need to have a court order mentioning i have full custody of my daughter.how can i get that? what is the approximate time of getting this order?and does it involve any action by my ex husbnd?as i have no contact with him and do not know his whereabouts. we had an "ongikatnama " on stamp paper signed by me n my ex husband and a witness during ourcdivorce stating that our daughter will be under my sole custody till she is 18. please response.
