Dear team,
I am an engineer and working in Multinational organization in dhaka. my fathers residence is in dhaka as well.I got married in 2009 when my wife was a end year student of a private medical college situated in sirajganj. Her residence is in Rajshaghi. our marriage was family organised. i allowed her to stay in sirajganj for 5 rears to complete her study. We got a baby boy in 2014.during her pregnancy she wanted to stay in Rajshahi and I allowed. after four month of of my child birth, she came to my residence in dhaka. she always complaint about my mother. we went to Rajshahi but She denied to return with me to dhaka on March,2015. My family tried to back her but she and her family said that she will stay in rajshahi so that she can do job and her mother can take care of my child. which is totally illogical to me though I said her that I will manage a job for her in dhaka. my mother has passed away on Dec,2015 but nobody from their family came.Twice I went to see them but They did not even allow me to see my son.
I verbally informed this matter to their local ward counselor and A.C of Police. They talked to her and her family. She replied that neither she will come to dhaka nor divorce me.
Now please advise me:
1. how should I proceed to settle this matter (Divorce or reconciliation) where I can get the custody of my son.
2. is the rule that upto seven years my son will be the custody of his mother?
3. if so, then how I will get my son after seven years?
