i left inlaws house when i was 4 months pregnant(april 2011) and divorced him at the month of October 2014. my child lives with me all the time and i maintained all the cost. in this time, nobody except her father visit us. now the in laws came and trying to prepare a doc where they put lots of constraints like how her father can meet her, how he will maintain her cost etc. i agreed all except one. they put that her father will take her outside or relatives home. i cant let it be. because i have a feeling that they will kill my child or make her mad. her father could not give us secured environment to live. he and his relative tortured us mentally and physically. how can i protect my little daughter from them if they take legal actions like they may file a case that they will took her from me for one or more days or for custody.
