Dear Client,
Walaikumassalam. Your answers:
1. You can marry her in Bangladesh.
2. She needs religion change affidavit. She doesnt need to change her name if her present name doesnt mean any idology.
3. For marriage, she needs to stay in bangladesh atleast 15 days. you can make and affidavit when she reaches Bangladesh and after 15 days you can register the marriage.
4. Documents: passport copy, photo, single status certificate is necessary when the embassy requires. And at the time of marriage registration you have to bring 3 witnesses from both/any of your side.
