He must file a fraud case in Bangladesh against her and also claim the child custody. After getting court order he must send through the embassy to her country is she is staying their with the child.
And before doing all this you can divorce her according to Bangladeshi law if the marriage had been registered in Bangladesh. Send her divorce notice and legal notice at a time.
