    Definitely you can change your religion and name in passport and certificates. For that you need to swear an affidavit attested by first class magistrate. and then you have to give an advertisement in a reputed newspaper. Then for changes in certificates you have to go to concern education board and collect form and also collect correction form of passports from passport office. After that filling up the forms submit with required documents along with affidavit and paper cutting.
