with due respect to you that, I have a question to you that is recently one of my relatives case has been stayed by high court for six months but the stay order time has not been expire but with in this time he saw that one day a hearing has been been happened

First of all your information is not enough to answer properly. Though I'm trying to answer based on probabilities. You said "case result is fixed on…", in this case it may be the judgment delivery date is fixed on the day you said. Otherwise it means the case is ready for hearing. And though the case is stayed but hearing of the case can be arranged.
