As per Bangladesh Gazette 30 June 2012 Act No. 26 of 2012 the rate of stamp fee has been changed. New Stamp Fee Chart is stated hereunder:

1. Memorandum of Association
Authorized Capital (taka)
1 to 5,00,000 = Stamp Fee: 1000
5,00,001 and above = Stamp Fee: 1000
Without Capital (Limited by Guarantee) = Stamp Fee: 1000

2.Articles of Association
Authorized Capital (taka)
1 to 20,00,000 =Stamp Fee:3000
20,00,001 to 6,00,00,000 = Stamp Fee:8000
6,00,00,001 and above = Stamp Fee:20,000
Without Capital (Limited by Guarantee)=Stamp Fee:2000

3. Certified Copy:
Memorandum of Association = Stamp Fee: 50
Articles of Association = Stamp Fee: 50
Any Other Documents(Per Page) = Stamp Fee: 50

4. Court Fee: Per Copy= 20

5. Partnership Firms:
Capital Up to 50,000 Taka = Stamp Fee: 1000
Capital 50,001 and above = Stamp Fee: 2000
